The event was organized as part of the Higher Education System Strengthening Activities (HESSA) Component C: Student Support Services. Prof. Dr. Bushra Yasmin, Director QEC and Institutional Lead (Executive Track \u2013 Student Support Services HESSA), delivered the Opening Session and Acknowledgement of HESSA Support. She introduced the objectives and structure of the program, highlighting the transformative role of HESSA in enhancing FJWU\u2019s student support and quality assurance ecosystem.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: left\">The QEC team, including Ms. Nosheen Naz (Deputy Director QEC) and Ms. Shagufta Nasreen (Assistant Registrar QEC), conducted a dedicated session on the Student Feedback Mechanism and Quality Assurance, emphasizing the importance of structured feedback in curriculum improvement, course evaluation, and continuous enhancement of academic and support services.\u00a0Through its active involvement, QEC reaffirmed its commitment to fostering a culture of quality, feedback-based improvement, and student-centered development\u2014supporting FJWU\u2019s
