\nQuality Enhancement Cell has organized an International Workshop Assessment Tools and Methods for Online Education <\/strong>for FJWU faculty members on January 29, 2021 at 10:00am.The resource person was Dr Dawn Gilmore, Director of Quality & Enhancement, The Center for Academic Quality and Enhancement (CAQE), Royal Melbourne Institute of Technology University, Australia.<\/p>\n

\nMs. Saadia Panni, Deputy Director, QEC conducted an Online Training of Master Trainers Workshop on \u201cOBE for Effective Learning<\/strong>\u201d for faculty members of Rawalpindi Women University (RWU), which was organized in collaboration with QEC office of RWU on Feb 16, 2021.<\/p>\n

\nQuality Enhancement Cell has organized a workshop on “Self-Assessment Report Writing: Addressing Write-up Challenges” <\/strong>on February 23, 2021. The resource person was Dr Farrukh Idrees, Director, Quality Enhancement Cell, National University of Computer and Emerging Sciences, Islamabad.

    Workshop on \u201cAvoid Plagiarism in Academic Writing\u201d <\/em><\/strong>
    \nQuality Enhancement Cell has organized a Workshop on \u201cAvoid Plagiarism in Academic Writing\u201d <\/strong>on November 23, 2021. The session of Academic integrity was delivered by Dr. Huma Ayub, Additional Director, QEC while the session on How to Avoid Plagiarism was delivered by Ms. Nosheen Naz, Assistant Director, QEC. The target group of the Workshop was MPhil and PhD students of FJWU.<\/p>\n

    Training for Department Coordinators (DCs) for Evaluation Spring 2021<\/em><\/strong>
    \nQuality Enhancement Cell organized training for Department Coordinators (DCs) for Evaluation Spring 2021<\/strong> on May 03, 2021. Ms Saadia Panni and Ms Saqia Irum from QEC trained DCs regarding teacher and course evaluation process.<\/p>\n

    Awareness session regarding ISO certification<\/em><\/strong>
    \nQuality Enhancement Cell organized an awareness session regarding ISO certification<\/strong>, on April 26, 2021. Dr. Huma Ayub, Additional Director, QEC briefed the members about requirements of ISO Certification.<\/p>\n

    Self – Institutional Performance Evaluation Compliance Plan <\/em><\/strong>visit<\/em><\/strong>
    \nQuality Enhancement Cell organized Self – Institutional Performance Evaluation Compliance Plan <\/strong>visit on June 15, 2021. Dr. Farrukh Idrees, Director, QEC, Rawalpindi Medical University was invited as the external reviewer, and Dr. Zainab Jehan, Registrar, FJWU was the internal member for the Self-IPE. Dr. Huma Ayub, Additional Director, QEC presented the updates complied by FJWU on HEC findings of last IPE visit. Ms. Saadia Panni, Deputy Director, QEC and Assistant Director Ms. Noshin Naz also attended the meeting to apprise the reviewers about the measures taken by the university. The university shield was presented to the external reviewer by the worthy Vice Chancellor, Dr. Saima Hamid to acknowledge his participation and feedback.<\/p>\n
