Orientation Visit of QEC team from Rawalpindi Women University (RWU) <\/em><\/strong>
\n Quality Enhancement Cell organized an Orientation Visit of QEC team from Rawalpindi Women University (RWU) on December 17, 2020. Dr. Huma Ayub, Director QEC, and Ms. Saadia Panni, Deputy Director, QEC at FJWU gave orientation to the representatives of RWU about the working of QEC, and shared the best practices and experiences for quality assurance of higher education.
\n Focus Group Discussions<\/em><\/strong> on on Effectiveness of Online Learning and Assessments at FJWU during COVID-19<\/em><\/strong>
\n Quality Enhancement Cell organized a series of Focus Group Discussions<\/strong> on Students’ perspective on Effectiveness of Online Learning and Assessments<\/strong> at FJWU during COVID-19 with students from all faculties of FJWU from December 01-04, 2020.  Dr. Huma Ayub, Additional Director, QEC and Ms. Saadia Panni, Deputy Director, QEC and staff members conducted these sessions to take feedback of students on online learning and assessment. <\/p>\n

Training of Teachers (TOT) on Outcome based Course Design, Delivery and Assessment<\/em><\/strong>
\n Quality Enhancement Cell organized a Training of Teachers (TOT) on Outcome based Course Design, Delivery and Assessment<\/strong>, on September 17, 2020. Ms. Saadia Panni, Deputy Director, QEC and Mr. Sheharyar Naveed, Assistant Professor, Department of Public Administration were the resource persons of the training while the target group was FJWU faculty members. <\/p>\n

Orientation Training on<\/em><\/strong> Online Evaluations<\/strong> <\/em>
\n An Orientation Training on<\/strong> Online Evaluations <\/strong>was organized by Ms. Saadia Panni, Deputy Director, QEC on July 22, 2020. The target group was Department Coordinators (DCs) of all Academic Departments. The objective of this session was to orient DCs about online evaluation process, which was conducted from July 23-27, 2020.<\/p>\n

\n An Orientation Training on<\/strong> Online Evaluations <\/strong>was organized for the Affiliated Colleges of FJWU, namely, Akhuwat College, Chakwal, and SCEPTT College, Wah Cantt., by Ms. Saadia Panni, Deputy Director, QEC on August 26, 2020.<\/p>\n

\n QEC staff conducted a university-wide real-time monitoring of online course delivery and instruction<\/strong> for Semester Spring and Fall 2020, according to the online teaching standards checklist. <\/p>\n

\n QEC staff monitored and conducted quality reviews of all online courses<\/strong> offered by 25 departments for Semester Spring and Fall 2020, which were designed and reviewed according to the OCQC standards to approve them for online education offering through Google Classroom platform.<\/p>\n
